Your appointed site administrator can process schedules and permissions on the web service Infobric Ease. Schedules are used to set access rights to site for individuals, groups and sub groups and can be specified to be applied during certain times of the day or over a range of dates. Permissions determine which persons, groups or sub groups can access individual doors, turnstiles, cabins or plant. Schedules and permissions need to be set up to allow authorised personnel access to your site, all others will be denied.
Creating Schedules
- Go to ease.infobric.co.uk and login with your username and password.
- Select the site from the worksite tab, top left, that you wish to add the schedule to.
- Click the Permissions tab, lower left.
- Click New on the menu bar.
The New Schedule dialog window opens, here you can specify the values you wish to apply to the schedule. - Click on Save & Close and the dialog box will disappear.
- Click the Update Units button on the menu bar to send the changes to the devices.
Adding Permissions
- Go to ease.infobric.co.uk and login with your username and password.
- Select the site from the worksite tab, top left, that you wish to add the permissions to.
- Click the Permissions tab, lower left.
This presents you with three different view perspectives: Persons, Units and Schedules. Persons is the common view and is selected by default. - Select a group, sub group or person.
- Choose the schedule and units you would like to grant permissions to. As your mouse passes over the units and schedules they will highlight, simply check the appropriate box to apply permission.
- If you click on the arrow on the far right of the header row, you can hide/show details of each schedule.
- Click the Update Units button on the menu bar to send the changes to the devices.
