If you need to use the smart lock on Saturday, make sure to open the app at least one day before the downtime, so that permissions and settings can be automatically retrieved in time. Regbox and Controlbox will also be accessible in offline mode. Please ensure that those who needs to have access during this time have it no later than 24 hours before the downtime.

Do you know that new persons will need to be added to the site? Please prepare for this before Saturday by adding these individuals through the search function (if the person is already added with the correct card). By doing this, you don't have to wait until the person is present.
