The staff ledger is not shown in Ease CheckIn but the app can be used to grant the Tax Agency inspector the information needed on how to retrieve the staff ledger. The inspector can, for example, retrieve it by themsleves via email if the site administrator has enabled this function.

1. Go to the site from which you want to retrieve the staff ledger.

2. Choose the alternative Inspection below the Check In slider.

3. Choose one of the two options to hand over the staff ledger to the inspector from the Tax Agency.

  • Contact administrator shows instructions and contact details from Infobric Site.
  • Inspector retrieves itself shows an example of an email that the inspector should send to

If the app user has a email address that ends with the button Create email is shown. Pressing this opens an email with pre-filled details for the site in question.
