Your Ease CheckIn account is personal and linked to your personal identity number, and it is not possible to create multiple accounts using the same personal identity number. When changing employer you need to update your personal details yourself in the app, for example mobile phone number, email address and employer. Mobile phone number and email address are particularly important since they are used for security purposes, for exemple when resetting your password. Make sure these details are consistent over time, regardless of your current employer. One way to do this is to use a personal phone number and email address.  


NOTE! The user name linked to your account is choosen when you create the account. User email address is therefore not automatically the same as the user name.  

NOTE! One solution is to delete your app account before leaving your current employer. In this way you will release your personal identity number and can create a new account when you have started your new employment.
