The personal information you entered when you created your account needs to be kept updated at all times. Email address and mobile phone number is for example used when resetting password.
- Go to My details.
For iOS: Go to My sites. Choose My details.
For Android: Go to My sites. Open the app menu, which folds out in the top left corner. Choose My details. - Press the information you want to change, and save.
NOTE! You can not change your username. - Go back and press Profile.
- Press Edit profile.
- Change the information you want to change, and Save.
NOTE! ID06 card number may be required by some sites in order for you to add yourself to them. If you also intend to use your ID06 card for access to the site it needs to be read on a unit at the site.
